A Tale of two PCGS slabs, one MS-66 RD and the other MS-65 RD by
Ira
I sold a decent 1909-S VDB Lincoln Cent for $13500 about 2 months ago.
It was graded MS-66 by PCGS about 2 years ago.
http://members.aol.com/iras4/1909SVDBPCGS66Rcopy.jpg
Now here's one I just bought, same date but PCGS graded MS-65 RD. It's
in a first generation THICK blue insert holder w/o...

Coins toned from within their PCGS rattler holders by
Jonathan_ATC
I follow PCGS Collector's Universe US Coin forum.
It has been made public that at least one fellow has been toning coins in
old PCGS rattlers. I will not mention his name or eBay handle because I
fear lawsuits and have not the money to fight one.
Suffice to say, know your toned coins or don't buy...

2004 Uncirculated Sets - Why the Increase? by
ronrpk
Back in 2004, I bought my usual 2 sets of the Uncirculateds and
haven't paid much attention to them since. A buddy of mine wants to
buy one from me so I looked them up. Going for approximately $50-60
each. Anyone know why?
Thanks.

1856 large cent with unique reverse by
The Booher's
Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? The word CENT on the
reverse is actually spelled ****. It does not appear to be altered in any
way but I think it was actually stuck like this. Have a look and let me
know your thoughts.
thanks...

Cartwheel penny & two penny by
Greg
Could someone please confirm the difference for me - the one penny
weighs 1oz, and the two penny weighs 2oz?
I have one that weighs 55gms, which is 1.94oz (near enough) - so would
this be a two penny?
Pls email me at nova43attpg.com.au - change at to @.
Thanks

already a Gold Power seller so I didn't bite.
This time the verbiage, spelling and structure were good enough to fool a
lot of people.
