Unopened Queen Elizabeth Silver Jubilee Packet by
[email protected]
I don't know how or why this souvenir from a 1977 trip to Britain has
followed my family around for almost thirty years. I keep wanting to
throw it out but thought I'd post here first and ask if it's worth
anything--and by that I mean if anyone would actually appreciate them
(as well as if the...

There is a new post (based on a story released by Stanley Gibbons) on
my Web blog,www.stampcollectingroundup.blogspot.com, about Czeslaw

Otto Hornung, says that Slania's mother's name was secretly engraved on

Hi,
There has been some discussion in the past regarding printing custom
stamp album pages. I wanted to generate my own pages, but didn't find
anything that suited me, so I decided to write my own program.
AlbumEasy, is free of charge, no strings attached. There are versions
for both Windows and...

Bavarian Postmarks by
[email protected]
I have some Bavarian stamps of the 1850 definitives. The postmark is a
two or three digit number within a spoked circle. I assume the number
to be an identifier for the originating post office. Could anyone
please advise me about identifying these postmarks?

Stamp Systems of the Second Reich by
Juan Jose Morales
During the Hohenzollern regime, the different monarchies that made it up
had their own postage systems, in addition to the national one. How did
those systems work together?

Help with Azerbaidjan pair please by
Jack
Good morning.
Here is an image of a couple of stamps from Azerbaidjan:
http://cjoint.com/data/fwnVMekuxW.htm
I cannot find a reference to them in my Scotts catalogue, either in
Azerbaidjan or the Trans Caucasian (sp?) groups. I'd guess early
twenties, before Russian involvement, because there...

During the period April 19 2005 - May 20 2005 e-mail inquiries to
LotsOfStamps.com were "bounced" because of an error in server logic at our
ISP. That difficulty is now fixed.
