Dame de Paris. We have either read them as class exercises or have
seen the motion pictures produced from these...

In recent years there have been five postal strikes in the UK.
They were in 1962, 1964, 1971, 1988 and 1996.
During the strikes, private carrier services were authorized to carry
letters / parcels. Some services issued their own stamps.

mail problems by
amesh \(Mette\)
My incoming mailserver has serious problems, and has been down for now 48
hours. Some mails come dripping in, though, 1 at a time per 12 hours !!
The redirect-service and send-function do not work, so I cannot respond, but
can see most of the mails on the server as read-only. I know that...

Can people tell me what methods they have...

Perfin or Perfin Mites? by
Rodney
Is anyone able to offer an opinion on these holes please?
The one in the middle kind of gives it away,
but the other holes look so perfectly round, it made me wonder.

Getting back into hobby... by
Andrew
Thinking of getting back into the hobby (at least to keep current in US
collection) after not adding any new issues since 1987. Got two
questions...
1) Does anyone still carry Liberty Album supplements that far back, or maybe
it's worth simply buying a new album only for the pages from 1987...
