Westvaco Christmas Books by
Troy Johnson
The Westvaco company has been putting out a book at Christmas for the
last thirty years. I have not seen any 2003 books turning up. Westvaco
was purchased by Mead. Does anyone have any information about whether
the Christmas series is being continued?

script, dated Potsdam, 1888 (I think) There is a black border arounf
the page, which I am told...

mysteries about book collecting by
BookEditions
Some time ago there were some suggestions listed here with titles of mystery
books which had book collecting/book collector themes. I have lost my list and
was wondering if some of you wouldn't mind resubmitting your ideas. I am
already aware of Dunning's works. Thanks.

It makes me wonder who actually buys from dealers on Addall. There is a copy
of Friedrich Nietzsche - The Dionysian Spirit of the Age by A.R. Orage up
for over £100 on Addall. On ebay the guy is selling it for £7.50 and might
make £15.00 if his lucky. I have three copies of the same book and...

more than amble around the local car boot sale. But by 7.45 it was hotting
up a bit, as I found a 1st Fine/Fine Ian Fleming 'The Man with the Golden
Gun' for 50p, a 3rd impression Near Fine/VG 'OHMSS' and a few other...

Alternate WW2 history by
Dave
Hi,
With the D-Day memorials just finished, a group of us were talking
about the usual "what if..." topics, and I later looked at what I have
related to WW2 alternate history, which is nothing! Have done a very
quick and dirty run through Abebooks, to find not very much at all.
This is not to be a...

Hello, I purchased a copy of "Rabbit at rest" (by John Updike) on ebay
